Terms & Conditions
Last updated 23 September 2026
Bridalist. is operated by Nini Nguyen ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms & Conditions form the agreement between you and Nini Nguyen for your use of the Bridalist. website and service (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or continuing to use the Service, you agree to these terms.
Who may use the Service
You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
What the Service provides
Bridalist. is a bridal boutique discovery and shopping-planning tool. Free visitors can search and see a limited preview of matching boutiques. A one-time membership unlocks the full boutique catalogue and your private workspace for appointments, saved boutiques, your dress closet, and side-by-side comparison.
Boutique information is compiled from boutiques' own published sources and may change without notice. We are not the boutique, and we do not sell dresses, make bookings on your behalf, or guarantee availability, pricing, designers carried, or appointment policies. Always confirm details directly with the boutique.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
- commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
- interfere with the security or integrity of the Service — including introducing malware, probing or scanning our systems, bypassing access controls, or scraping, copying, or redistributing the boutique catalogue or any other part of the Service.
Your content
Photographs, notes, ratings, and other content you add to your closet and appointments remain yours. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. Your closet content is private to your account.
Intellectual property
We retain all ownership of the Service, including its software, design, compiled catalogue data, and branding. Your membership grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own personal wedding-dress shopping. You may not reverse engineer, resell, redistribute, or circumvent technical limits of the Service.
Payment, billing, and cancellation
Membership is a one-time payment. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.
Service availability and warranties
We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account data.
When access ends, you may export or request a copy of your closet and appointment data before it is deleted or anonymised.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service develops. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above, and continued use after that date means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and the courts of California will have jurisdiction over any dispute. We may assign this agreement in connection with a merger or acquisition; you may not assign it without our consent. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
Questions about these terms: Nini Nguyen — reach us through the contact options in your account, or contact Paddle for anything related to an order.
